Thanks for the enthusiasm!

We'd like to give a special thanks to those that have already signed up to help. The response has confirmed why we think our community is so great!  If you are planning to help out at our first Kilgo Appreciation Day on November 13, please let us as soon as you can.  We need to plan for how many shovels and paintbrushes to have on hand!  Please contact Sandy White or Amy Cox Gruendel at friendsofkilgo@gmail.com to participate or for more information.

Kilgo Appreciation Day

The Friends of Kilgo is hosting an Appreciation Day at Kilgo United Methodist Church on Saturday, November 13, 2010 from 10am-2pm and we would love to see you there!  This event is intended for anyone who wants to say thank you to Kilgo for all that they do for the community.  A brief list includes: Movies on the Lawn, the Pumpkin Patch, Family Night suppers, Shepherd's Center East, Room in the Inn, food drives, Boy Scouts, etc....
How can you help?  Come join us on November 13, as we update landscaping and paint a few rooms in the education building.  If you would like to volunteer, please contact Amy Cox Gruendel or Sandy White at friendsofkilgo@gmail.com.
